Senator Ben Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment and recommended the body vote no. 2004-05-11 Senate Journal Page 3660 The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The Secretary was requested to notify the House of the Senate's action and request the House recede from its amendment.
